6.2 Through us. We may cancel the event at any time for reasons such as. B the availability or suitability of the venue or speakers, or for safety, health or security reasons, and we may refuse, restrict or cancel your registration for the event at any time. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from such cancellation. If we cancel the event or your registration and you comply with these Terms, we will refund your event registration fee in accordance with the refund policy on the event registration page. The following Terms of Use govern your use of the Services. Capitalized terms used in these Terms of Use, but not defined below, are defined in the AWS Customer Agreement or any other agreement with us that governs your use of the Services (the “Agreement”). For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “Your Content” includes all “Company Content” and all “Customer Content,” and “AWS Content” includes “Amazon Properties.” 31.1. If you use Amazon WorkMail, you also use AWS Key Management Service, AWS IAM, and Amazon SES, and your use of Amazon WorkMail is subject to the terms that govern those services.

5.2. As part of the Services, you may be permitted to use certain software (including related support, maintenance and documentation) developed, owned or provided by third parties or their licensors. By using Open with Office 365, you are subject to Microsoft`s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses from Microsoft to use Open with Office 365 and for meeting all applicable Microsoft licensing requirements. These AWS Partner Network Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) contain the terms that govern your participation in the AWS Partner Network Program (the “Program”) and constitute an agreement between Amazon Web Services, Inc. (or its affiliate as specified in Section 10 below) (“AWS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent (“you”). We can enable all of your organization`s features with at least 14 days` notice if requested to do so by the organization`s master account.

If all features are enabled in your organization: (i) the consolidated billing terms described in Section 48.2 apply to your organization; (ii) the Master Account has full access to and control over its Member Accounts; and (iii) the Master Account is jointly and severally liable for all actions of its Member Accounts. 10.2. The Reserved DB Instance program allows you to designate Amazon RDS DB instances to be subject to the reserved pricing and payment terms set out on the Amazon RDS details page on the AWS site (each designated instance, a “Reserved DB Instance”). We can terminate the Reserved DB Instance program at any time. We can change the prices of the Reserved DB Instance program at any time, but the price changes do not apply to predetermined Reserved DB Instances. Reserved DB instances are not terminable, and you must pay the amount charged for the reserved DB instance for the duration of your choice, even if the contract is terminated. Reserved DB Instances are not transferable and all amounts paid in connection with Reserved DB Instances are non-refundable, except that we will refund you a proportionate portion of the initial payment paid under predetermined Reserved DB Instances if we terminate the contract for any reason other than just cause, Terminate a single DB instance type or terminate the Reserved DB Instance program. After the duration of a reserved DB instance expires or ends, the prices for the reserved DB instance expire and the standard on-demand usage pricing for the DB instance applies. 2.1. 25.1. NVIDIA Software. If your application uses the NVIDIA graphics processing unit (GPU) on an Amazon AppStream 2.0 instance, you agree to be bound by the terms of the NVIDIA Cloud End User License Agreement. “AWS Acceptable Use Policy” means the policy that describes the prohibited use of web services offered by AWS, including AWS Training, on (and any successor or related website designated by us) and that may be updated from time to time. 59.1. “Alexa for Business” means the Alexa for Business Service as described in the Documentation and is subject to the terms of the Agreement. If you use an Amazon device with Alexa for Business, you are also subject to and agree to the Amazon Device Terms of Service, with the exception of the Alexa Voice Services Terms of Service, which are subject to the terms of the Agreement. 54.6. Contact Lenses for Amazon Connect. The following terms apply to your use of Contact Lenses for Amazon Connect: You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights in the Content you post, including third-party content; the content is correct; that the use of the content you provide does not violate this policy and does not cause any harm to any person or entity; and that you indemnify AWS for all claims arising from the Content you provide. AWS has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any activity or content. AWS assumes no responsibility for any content posted by you or any third party.
